Early morning snacking

This guy was at the bird feeder before 7am - super keen. I can't really explain why I was up at that time on a Sunday, but it was worth it to see the squirrel attack the bird feeder before Pierrot pigeon and his two mates got out of their roost.

It's been a Sunday to stay in - dreich and cold. However, Fred and I made it up the road to have dinner and much fun at Si and Linz's flat. Si has introduced an A-Z (by artist) iChoons Challenge and I swapped my CD with his this evening. Only two artists made both CDs - Lamb and Queen - and we'd included different songs on each. "Q" and "X" were the trickiest letters for me.

Here's my collection of tunes for Volume 1 (because there surely has to be another volume):

Apartment - Fall Into Place
The B-52's - Topaz
The Civil Wars - Barton Hollow
Django Django - WOR
Echo and the Bunnymen - Scissors in the Sand
Fleetwood Mac - The Green Manalishi
Goswell, Rachel - Coastline
Halstead, Neil - Seasons (Surf Style)
Immaculate Machine - C'mon Sea Legs
James - Sometimes
David Kitt - Step Outside In The Morning Light
Lamb - Gorecki
Jun Miyake - Lillies of the Valley
Nirvana - Love Buzz
Oslo String Quartet - Pink Panther
Pavement - Shady Lane
Queen - Crazy Little Thing Called Love
The Raveonettes - Curse the Night
Serafina Steer - Disco Compilation
Trembling Bells - Love Made An Outlaw of my Heart
Ultravox - Cut and Run
Vega, Suzanne - (If You Were) In My Movie
Williams, Kathryn - 50 White Lines
The xx - Crystalised
Young, Kirsteen (and David Bowie) - Saviour
The Zutons - Why Won't You Give Me Your Love?

I might add some links to those, but it's a little late in the evening to start that malarky.
