Cezanne

Our visitor, who has come down from Germany especially to ring our bells, joined us today for a quarter peal attempt. It did not go very well so we just had a normal practice. Some of the band are quite rusty, not having rung any methods for 18 months. In the afternoon I went down to join our painting group. One of our number has a niece living near Mont Victoire so has said she will copy the famous Cezanne painting as a gift. It is a work in progress but I think she has made a good start.
