At Home: The boy and the horse..

Our little cob, Jack is such a special character. He is a fully integrated member of our family. At the weekend, he is allowed to roam the garden freely. This is great for him, because it not only gives him more access to lush garden grass but also have his human family around him a lot of the time.

Mostly, Jack tries to stay just in the garden, although in the past I have had to reverse him out of the kitchen, when a child left the front door open. Its always good for a child I think to be around an animal. Sam quite often uses Jack as a sounding board for his problems. The great thing is that Jack doesn't have a opinion like Sams mummy might, so its good to run any life issues past the horse first! x
