Tongue & Groovy

OK, not much particular relevance to the 60s, but we think tongue and groove is groovy! We have lots of it in our kitchen.

I'm off for a face to face physio session this afternoon, for my shoulder which I injured at the end of April, taking a blip!  The exercises I have been given over the phone just seem to make things worse so it will be good to have a physio actually look at the problem. If there is time afterwards we are going to look at some bedroom furniture.
