Woodhill Woods

I should have been limbering up for the Alloa half marathon this morning, but I've buggered my achilles so it was a gentle walk in the woods with Marley. followed by coffee and scones with the Forth Valley photographers in a local cafe. I tried to avoid seeing the race, but the runners were bloody everywhere :-(
