Sunday: Random Items

Another hot and sunny day.
The scaffolders returned at 10 this morning and quickly finished off their work here before going on to another job which they hoped would be straightforward so they could avoid the heat this afternoon.
MrD went on another ride towards the Alaw reservoir, calling in on an old workmate for a chat on the way home.
I pottered in the garden while it was still coolish, watering tomatoes and courgette.
Picked a small bowlfull of raspberries which are everywhere!
Over the last week or so I've managed to find the connection with about a dozen DNA cousins, I sent a short message to 11 of them and 4 have replied so far - this is encouraging as I've had very little replies in the past, maybe Sunday morning is the perfect time to do this?
Lazy afternoon of reading and a lovely long chat with The Sailor who was sitting in a queue he'd been diverted into - so nice having a captive audience :-)) Love to everyone else in our little "teulu" too xxxx xxx xx
