Sunny Sunday

The forecast was for the weather to be hot, hot, hot - and it was! We thought that a walk first thing this morning might be the best idea,  before it got too hot, so we decided on a walk at the Quoile.  The walk there is along the riverside, and it's cool and calm under the trees. It was also very quiet,  a few gulls and ducks, some crested grebes and swans, lots of swans,  but no cygnets unfortunately.
