On the edge.

Woke up late and groggy but cheered by being a little bit lighter.  Footered around for what remained of the morning then had a quick tidy up before Andy came for coffee in the afternoon.  It was an overcast day but still warm so the windows were open.  We sat around gabbing for ages.  The shop Andy works in had been like an oven during the week even with the door open all the time.  We both felt that with much hotter weather than usual in Canada  and floods in Germany and Belgium, climate change was definitely making itself felt and action was needed now.  Not much faith in Westminster however. We've kind of given up on them.
Later on I went into the garden to photograph.  The place was alive with pollen beetles. I've never seen so many.  Couldn't resist having another go.  They are so tiny.  Not so much breeze as yesterday but I still found them quite a challenge.
