Patterson Building
This building in Maxton, NC was built in the first decade of the 1900’s. It is a bank and has two notable points for recognition. The first is its being one of three flat iron buildings in North Carolina built as a wedge, and the second is its being the only one of the three with the primary entrance at the “point” of the wedge. The other two are in Durham and Asheville.
