Heaven

It was absolutely bloomin’ marvellous to be able to get in the water this morning. I was melting all day at work yesterday and all I could think about was swimming. I was very tempted at one point to pour a jug of water over my head….I resisted and enjoyed the swim today all the more.

I swam the 1k course a couple of times and I didn’t want to get out. It’s great being a gold member as I can get in when I want and stay in as long as I want.

I filled the pool in the garden and sat in it until it was time to meet Pat. We nipped round to Chris’s as she was having a garden party and then we went to Ellen’s.

I need to do a few jobs in the morning…bleurgh…but then I will get right back in the pool and soak up sun sunshine in my bones.
