Tea at the creek

I had a way overdue catch up with a friend this drizzly afternoon and she drove us along to the next village for a picnic in the boot of her car and tea from her stove!

The tide forecast website was a bit wrong and we had to move the car within ten minutes as the tidal river came in a little too close for comfort!

So much catching up was accomplished along with samphire foraging and bird watching.
