Mad Dogs and Englishmen

Yes, I know today was the hottest day in Northampton for over a year but even so, it was a bit of a surprise to see this man in Norhtampton town centre, desporting himself as if on a beach in sunny Spain. I must admit, from a distance he looked as if he might have stripped off completely. (By the way, the British Naturism organisation is based right here in Northampton.)
