Too Darn Hot

I was on Welcome duty at Longshaw today for the first time in ages. Thank goodness I just signed up for the morning session so I was able to get away and out of the heat at lunchtime. Lots of families took picnics down to the river, but there were still some braving the 27 degree heat to go for a longer walk. Plenty of butterflies whizzing around, so hopefully the Big Butterfly Count will get plenty of takers.
