Club Cross country Champs

Becs was having a ball, I told her later she was not running hard enough as she was having too much fun, she jokingly told me to piss off. Becs ran well,  our course was along the River Bank and the damage from the last 1 in a hundred year flood that seems to happen 99 years early annually now was quite immense and a huge amount of silt spread for 100's of metres
