Blowing a hooly

Today is windy. It got more so as the day wore on. There were several kite fliers in the park today whose success was mixed. I observed that they had difficulty getting their kites to fly to any height and when they did they would suddenly crash to the ground. It seemed to be a turbulent wind. Not to worry, they still had fun.
