Love at the beach

Hubby was off from work today so I left work at noon and the plan was to go out on the boat. He was tired though, got home from work very late last night so instead we made sandwiches and went to the beach. A different one from yesterday, just a little further away. We took a paddle board but it was a little windy for the board. In any case,  this particular beach attracts horseshoe crabs. These two came up to shore, apparently they are mating, so I was told. 
After we got home, while I was making dinner I looked out into the backyard and i noticed an animal in the vegetable garden. My zucchini thief? Quite possibly, it was a gopher.
