Nothing like shattering the glass on a $4000 range... especially when it could have been prevented. I added the law in the extra. Basically either the shipper has to secure the load (via airbags, load bars, or..) or the driver does. Can't comment much further as it is an internal matter but it upset me so I went for a walk. Many birds were seen but none wanted to be photographed. This turtle however seemed to be a happy camper.
