The Trongate Cherub

The Trongate Cherub sculpture is atop the Trongate Theatre, formerly an 18th century church, in the Merchant City, Glasgow.  This bronze sculpture  by Kenny Hunter was designed in 1998 to mark the building as a theatre..  This angelic but demonic looking figurine overlooks one  of the city's most ancient streets in the city centre
