Made a batch of blackcurrant jelly today. Because we haven’t got such a big harvest as we usually get I mixed the whitecurrants and redcurrants in with it. It still looks and tastes like blackcurrant jelly though. This jar’s for Kathy so I’ve made it look pretty.
