Cat and Fiddle Pass Landscape
Between Macclesfield and Buxton is the A537, Cat and Fiddle Pass. So named because of the pub that sits at its highest point which is 1,689 feet above sea level.
I drove the road earlier while returning home from a great evening visiting a friend in Cheshire. This view is on the Macc side of the pass, looking north toward Manchester!
