Best laid plans..

So, after both H and Em were sick last night, we decided we would give rugby a miss today and I was looking forward to a chilled out home day..

...after having a hot bath and then rushing around, em became a bit lightheaded and fainted. In falling she managed to puncture her lip with her tooth.
So at 10 am, we headed off to the nearest a&e. Fortunately, it was very quiet and we were seen pretty quickly. Trouble was they decided she needed to be seen by plastics and so we had to go to the a&e 20 mins away!
....we arrived there at midday and left at 6.30pm. Finally being seen by the plastics guy who did a very good job - with 8stitches! Very proud of my very brave 10 year old who used 'one direction' visualisation to get her through the anaesthetic injection!
What a day
