Did the Romans really have Percol coffee?

Another horrid wet day so Clare and I spent this afternoon warm and dry at the Museum of London.

It's a great museum but neither of us could get our heads round the Roman gallery where mock ups of Roman houses and shops intersperse what the Romans would have had with modern equivalents.

This is from a Roman kitchen. Very odd.
