Colourful Treats

When I parked up and got out of the car this colourful little place in the middle of a drab line up of shops on a grey morning caught my eye so much so that I had to go inside and buy some homemade treats. It was just as colourful inside and lifted my spirits :)

Training Log

I'm now looking at what sort of food I should be eating before running and it's carb city so I am happy. It's going to be peanut butter on bagels and bananas. Yummm.

Also found the local running club so going to join up with them this week to get some experience of running with others. To date it's been solo as needed to find my own pace.
