A Highly Productive Leadership

I call them leaders rather than managers as their task is more about setting the tone and encouraging the team as a whole to exemplify the values and culture of BG.  These are the wonderful people who make BG tick these days as I work on the boring accounts and payroll behind the scene.  They are very productive in more ways than one.  2 of them are currently expecting to give birth in the next 3 months and as you can see, one of them has already done so.  It presents its challenges to have 3 out on maternity leave at different times this year, but we are a family and it is great that they all continue to work and contribute - now with the addition of the little ones - this meeting had a few ad hoc vocal contributions!
