It’s been a very busy. Pleased to have some very supportive lovely people checking-in and offering support in their own time. Feeling grateful.

Yoga was hot tonight which is not a bad thing as it made me more flexible.

P.S it’s St Swithin’s Day. If you haven’t seen the movie ‘One Day’ it features today quite a bit. The book is very good too.
