Went to Kempo for the first time in a while. Was great fun, especially being the lowest grade in a small group... steep learning curve :o)

Was through to Ed in the evening to see the Twisted Oak Cabaret (a precursor/fundraiser for the Bright Skye Festival). Ended up helping out a bit with the tech and door... was very enjoyable. Above is Val and Craig a great acrobalance act - but lacking a name.
