finally, a marbled white

It’s been a frustrating summer weather wise, maybe we were just spoiled last year.

Butterflies have been much later appearing, that’s for sure. But a trip up to Farley Mount was rewarding when I finally got my first marbled white of the year.

They really do oblige by posing patiently on the purple flowers for anyone wanting to capture them.
