Ranunculus

We've had a few of these flowers pop up into the garden.
Such a bright red beauties.
A day of waiting for the Doctor to call which is the way now.
He confirmed that yes Sciatica is the problem again, to take painkillers, exercise & rest, then hopefully I'll be on the mend again.
Told my place of work & their reaction wasn't a surprise,  as usual not empathetic & understanding.
