Tea

Such a nice day today, warm and sunny, a day for not doing much, and guess what? We didn't!

We made it into Stratford for a drink at Box Brownie this morning then this afternoon  I prepared and cooked a curry. It was from a Matar Paneer recipe but I substituted cauliflower for the cheese and added sun-dried tomatoes and spinach, oh yes I also subbed the green beans with edamame beans.  Still it turned out alright and we sat in the garden to eat it.

I didn't get around to taking any other photos, hence the curry in the making.
