Lavendar

The plate above the lavender is very precious to me as it was given to me by a neighbour at my last house
When she moved in next door many years ago with her husband and 3 children we hit it off right away
She brought me back this plate from a seaside holiday[who knew it would come to mean so much ?]
After she had been there a while she was diagnosed with cancer and she died aged 33 on her youngest child's 4th birthday
So I miss you very much Jean and we were the best neighbours
