A Bundle of Feathers?

We walked to the little lake on the golf course and saw this group of feathers floating on the water: The bunch of them don't make sense to me; I don't see white birds on this lake and why is they bunch together like this?

Little Miss returned home today....we had a busy few days. She was ready to go home but as she got out of the car, she said, " I am going miss you".  She misses who she isn't with; she would like the whole extended family to live in one big house!  :-))
