Leakage

The leak saga continues, but we think this is the last one. It was probably the trickiest to solve and the decision to go in from underneath, while logical didn’t disclose the solution.

Now we know it’s a seal on the cistern in the bathroom above, but we couldn’t see it as it’s all boxed in. Let the unboxing commence.

It’s a bit disconcerting the bathroom fitters diagnosed the problem straight away. All for the sake of a $2 part.
