Waterfall, above Ollon

The woods above Ollon were slippy and wet today but the waterfall we passed looked fabulous following all the rain.

Walked with a friend from Villars down to Ollon, arriving at the cafe as the sun put in a brief appearance. We caught up with Hilaryview, who then kindly gave us a lift up to Huemoz as we had missed the bus back! We then walked up via a friend’s garden where we stopped for tea. (See the extras for some amazing chairs that our talented friend has made and also an unusual way of using up old Tyres that we saw outside someone’s house).

A meal at Solalex this evening with our son who had a night off from working summer camp.
