Notes: Up, clear and awake around 6a. Did my wheatgrass/chlorella shot (green shot) and made my wonderful pour-over coffee mixture. Was thinking of going to Trader Joe's and vacillated for a bit and then got ready and just did it. Got there a few min after opening - calm and easy shopping. Lots of murals on buildings in this great area - have always loved the purples in this one (corner of MLK & 7th Ave)! Is my 7th day on MMS and noticing little rashes, cold sore popping up but things lessen pretty quickly so this stuff seems to be clearing that crap out at cell-level (woohoo!). Morning and afternoon phone calls w/ Alison on the old-and-new booking systems.
