Pain in the neck!!

Day 76

I am in agony today!!!! The spasm has gone, but I feel like I have been punched all over my back from my neck to my bum!!!

Hoping the Voltarol will help - or that chocolate lolly!

Meanwhile, Mary Berry just sits and laughs in the corner!!! (see Yesterday!)

Daughter number 1 is staying again tonight. Giving boyfriend the cold shoulder and a bit of his own medicine after not being able to contact him ALL night!!! Not sure the silent treatment works, but thats what she has decided!!!
