Sad day

N’s dad passed away first thing this morning. The saddest of news.

So glad N is up north with his mum, brother and sister. He’s rightly extending his stay.

Tried to keep things as normal as possible for L. Her teacher kept an eye on her at school and, thankfully, she was happily distracted. She got her first school report today (lots of lovely words from her teacher) and at swimming received an end of term certificate.
