Casting Off

Another nondescript day and the emergency bee blip.

Won't it be hilarious if, after all the protests and mithering, it's the footballers who bring down this government? That a populist administration might forget how popular the kicky-ball thing is, is hugely ironic and amusing. 

Mind you, even the back benchers are rebelling, albeit in vain, as this administration reneges on their promises toward overseas aid. 

Anyhow, another parish council meeting tonight and this time one that is only just quorate in order not to overfill the safe space we meet in. As we move to 'take your chances' and 'two hundred dead per day is a win', we again have to consider how we react to the impending fourth wave.

The first "natural wave", apparently. The first truly manufactured wave perhaps.
