Chocolate on Zoom!

We had what we’re hoping will be our last speaker on Zoom for our WI meeting.

The lady was based in Whitstable and is a chocolatier :-)

For over an hour she tempered her chocolate, filled moulds with it, laid it on chocolate transfer sheets & decorated shards and made salted caramel fillings!!

What a shame that we couldn’t sample any ;-)

Mr W & I have got a lot to live up to when we host a quiz next month on Zoom for the next WI meeting!!
