My birthday was a good day spent with my daughter, we went for a walk and found an unlikely pub doing very nice tapas. In the evening I took a bus back to the Borders and walked in the evening sun for an hour back to my bothy. My neighbour gave me dinner and a glass or two of wine and then to bed.
