Tomato Tart

Tomato tart with dijon and gruyere, and salad. Wine: Kendall-Jackson Vintner's Reserve Sauvignon Blanc 2019.

I've been looking forward to this year's tomatoes since I first made one of these tart's last year. The wine is a quite passable inexpensive Sauvignon Blanc.
