Breadmaking

The freezer is usually full of homemade bread but today I was down to my last slice. So, given that the weather was so poor, today I set about putting things right and made a couple of loaves. I usually make a wholemeal/granary mix and add almonds then freeze it in slices. Tomorrow I might make soda bread.
