Local art in a different style. I've seen this guy experimenting with this over the winter - seems today is the start of his bid to really get noticed.

P.S. Headline just seen on BBC news website - "Oxfordshire council angry over 'unexpected' snowfall" - good grief Oxfordshire Council - chill out!!! (no pun intended)
