Hi Everyone,

What a sad day today has been… All the racist messages some of the England football team have received because of not winning the final of the Euro…

I may have an old-fashioned approach to professional sport and believe it is about winning and being second is not much difference from being last other than you can classify yourself as first of the losers…

If you are a true supporter, you do not turn on your team if they lose… that is the time they need your support the most.

I was lucky enough to manage large teams in India, Australia, Greece, and the Philippines and I know firsthand that wherever in the world you are from and whatever colour your skin is makes no difference… you are just a person who does not deserve to be bullied…

As I said at the beginning of this rant a sad day today.

Stay happy, strong, and healthy… more tomorrow.
