Spotted ....

Two more very welcome visitors to the garden today.

After a little general shopping this morning we had a visit this afternoon from the Insurance Surveyor to assess the damage caused by the flood damage which we had in the property on the first morning of our stay here.  What a lovely young man who obviously knew a lot about 600 year old  properties, with cobb walls etc, etc.  After his inspection and on his recommendation P, plumber  our knight in shining armour, helped us with taking up the large and very sodden carpet in the  sitting room -. sodden carpets and underlay are very heavy .......we had a good workout.

A brighter day today but we haven't taken full advantage of some nice weather - maybe tomorrow?
