Balm

Nelly to diving for 0900- oocha!
I met J for a coffee then collected Eleanor at 1130.
Betty had a driving lesson.
I went to a balm making thing at a wee community garden in Tilly with Claire. It was quite tree hugging but drank peppermint tea and made wee pots of balm using olive oil, candelilla wax and essential oils to help with congestion, hay fever, colds etc. Was good.
