A busy day of legalities and paperwork trying to dot all the Is and cross the Ts before Wednesday! Just waiting for the bank to answer the phone to finalise monies and I’m done. I’ve waited 15 minutes thus far!

Meanwhile outside this rose bush is in full bloom…about as far out as it could get!
