Haverigg
A very hot day for our visit to the seaside. Haverigg and then Silecroft for the High Tide.
The Swan family were busy feeding so more heads down than up but I liked the pastel colours of the houses and the reflections.
Linnets and Common Whitethroat in the scrub by the ice cream van
Oystercatchers and Curlew with Shelduck plus many gulls including some monster Great Black Backed. Other waders and Cormornants on the sand with Terns overhead. Not my ID but apparently there are three species in the Estuary (Little, Common and Sandwich terns).
Extra Photo is of the Fisherman on the shore at Silecroft at High Tide
