The proof of the pudding, er pie...........

As you can probably guess, I haven't been out today. J started making corned beef with sweet potato pasties this morning. The prep took ages, so although I was the sous chef, as well as the washer upper, I couldn't do very much else. He has made them before and they are delicious, so anyway, he made said pasties, but he had quite a lot of filling left so never one to waste anything, he made a pie as well. I haven't been allowed to sample any yet, so I am really looking forward to eating them very soon.
