Thanks to the staff at the medical practice I went to for my first AZ jab - although I was puzzled that all but one receptionist had "chin guards" on (as I call them) as opposed to "face masks".  Looks like the doctors and nurses there haven't pointed out to them that their noses are connected to their mouths!
