Badder Boys

Very sporty start to the day. Badminton with the boys and then drove home and put on some sexy lycra and went for a cycle.
Weather was poor and a was totally soaked thru.

Lunch was reheated leftovers.

In the afternoon Mum and I went to the hospital that looked after dad and made a donation to the ICU ward which was collect after the funeral.

C was visiting a friend at south queensferry so afterwards she picked me up at the western and the two of us headed to Bo'ness to baby sit for friends.
